Data deletion instructions

Request deletion

  1. Contact Kings Cornerstone International College at admission@cornerstone.edu.in.
  2. State that this is an "Enrolla data deletion request".
  3. Include your full name and the email address or phone number used for your application or Meta conversation.
  4. If the request concerns a Meta account, identify the service used: WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger.

What happens next

The institution will verify that the requester is entitled to act on the record, confirm the scope of the request and delete or anonymise eligible application, communication and connected Meta data. The institution will explain any information it must retain for legal, financial, safeguarding or audit reasons.

Disconnecting Meta

An authorised institution administrator may disconnect the Meta integration in Enrolla. Disconnecting stops future synchronisation and removes Enrolla's stored connection credentials. A separate deletion request is still needed if historical application or message records should also be reviewed for deletion.

Protect your accountDo not include a password, one-time code or full identity document in a deletion request. The institution may ask for a safer form of identity verification after receiving the request.
