Using Enrolla

Enrolla supports admissions and applicant communications for participating education institutions. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your access credentials and use the service only for lawful admissions purposes.

Applications and decisions

Enrolla helps an institution collect and manage information; it does not itself make admissions decisions. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, enrolment, a visa, funding or any other outcome.

Connected communication services

Institutions may connect authorised Meta business services so staff can communicate through Enrolla. Message delivery remains subject to Meta's platform rules, availability, approved business assets and applicable messaging windows.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, harmful or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access another person's records.
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of Enrolla.
• Do not upload malware or material you are not entitled to use.

Availability and changes

Enrolla may be updated to improve reliability, security or compliance. Reasonable steps are taken to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
