What Enrolla does
Enrolla is an admissions and applicant relationship platform used by education institutions. The institution you apply to or communicate with is responsible for its applicant records and decides how those records are used.
Information we process
- Application, identity, education and contact information.
- Documents that an applicant chooses to upload.
- Admissions decisions, tasks, notes and communication history.
- Messages and account identifiers received through approved Meta services, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
- Security, audit and service-operation records.
How Meta messages are handled
When an institution connects an authorised Meta business account, Enrolla uses Meta's official APIs to receive and send messages in the Enrolla shared inbox. Staff do not need to open WhatsApp Web or a separate WhatsApp application. Enrolla only activates business assets that an authorised administrator explicitly selects.
Why information is used
Information is used to receive and assess applications, answer enquiries, communicate application progress, maintain the security of the service, meet institutional obligations and keep an auditable admissions record.
Sharing and retention
Access is limited to authorised institution staff and service providers needed to operate Enrolla. Data is not sold. Records are retained according to the institution's admissions, legal and safeguarding requirements, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
Your choices
You may ask the institution handling your application to provide, correct or delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements. For Meta-linked data, follow the data deletion instructions.
